Fort Erie Meteors Sign Forward Hudson Ellis

The Fort Erie Meteors are proud to announce the signing of forward Hudson Ellis (2009), of Clarence, New York, for the 2026-27 season.

Ellis joins the Meteors after playing with the Buffalo Jr. Sabres. The right-handed center was also invited to the Kitchener Rangers 2026 Orientation Camp, recognition of his talent and potential as a young player.

“We’re really looking forward to coaching Hudson,” said Assistant Coach Anthony Passero. “His hockey IQ really stands out. He sees the ice extremely well, understands where he needs to be, and has a great feel for the game. We’re excited to work with him and help take his game to the next level.”

The Meteors are excited to welcome Hudson and his family to Fort Erie and look forward to seeing him in orange and black this season.
