Fort Erie Meteors Sign Defenceman Colton Cribari

The Fort Erie Meteors are proud to announce the signing of defenceman Colton Cribari (2010), of Markham, Ontario, for the 2026-27 season.

Cribari joins the Meteors after being selected by the Erie Otters in the sixth round (103rd overall) of the 2026 OHL Priority Selection. A smooth-skating, right-handed defenceman, Colton brings strong mobility, poise with the puck, and a high hockey IQ to the Meteors’ blue line.

“We’re excited to welcome Colton to the Meteors,” said Head Coach Nik Passero. “He’s a smooth-skating right-shot defenceman who moves the puck extremely well and makes smart decisions in all three zones. He’s the type of player every team is looking for, and we’re excited to help him continue his development.”

The Meteors are excited to welcome Colton and his family to Fort Erie and look forward to seeing him on the blue line this season.
